Job Description:

Soul Haus Kitchen is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to join our fast-casual restaurant team. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cashier in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Accurately process customer orders using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about our menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Assist with restocking supplies and performing opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Uphold our high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
