Cashier

*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system - Handle cash and card transactions efficiently - Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience - Deliver food orders to tables promptly and assist with any additional requests - Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and workstations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation *Skills* - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue
