Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at Blue Sky Cafe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all grilled items are cooked to perfection while maintaining food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in the kitchen.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices.
