Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be handling customers questions/concerns and be handling all cash and credit transactions during your shift. We are a smoke shop and mini market full of all vape and tobacco products along with a huge variety of snacks and drinks! You must be 18+ years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively upsell items.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays to enhance product visibility.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Skills

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to upsell products effectively to increase sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers positively.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
