Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing questions and assisting with product inquiries
• Knowledge of the menu and wine and beer IS REQUIRED, knowledge of special offers
• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized displays to enhance store presentation
• Maintain proper phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Prior experience in resta or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
