Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product information
- Promote and sell additional products or services, such as jewelry, electronics, or wireless plans
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to sell products and upsell additional items or services
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
