Cashier

We’re currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our growing retail team. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy throughout your shift, and being part of a fast-paced environment where every day is different, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be DoingYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
• Processing cash, card, and contactless payments accurately
• Operating the checkout efficiently during busy trading periods
• Assisting customers with questions, purchases, and general enquiries
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming checkout area
• Supporting with restocking and light store duties when needed
• Helping prepare the store for promotions, sales events, and busy periods
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Ideal candidates will be:

• Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling cash and customer transactions accurately
• Able to multitask and stay organised during busy shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Happy working on their feet throughout the shift
• Professional, positive, and eager to learn

Experience in the following is beneficial:

• Retail
• Customer service
• Hospitality
• Cash handling
• Front-of-house positions

Previous cashier or retail experience is helpful, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time, permanent position
• 38–40 hours per week
• Flexible shifts available, including weekends
• Additional hours available during busy seasons and promotional periods
• Immediate start available
