Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team! As a vital part of our store operations, you will create a welcoming environment for customers while efficiently handling transactions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
• Assist with product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
• Provide clear communication about store promotions, loyalty programs, and product features
• Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and merchandising efforts

Experience

• Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are advantageous for serving diverse customers
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of grocery store operations, product placement, and merchandising best practices
