We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, ensuring smooth transactions, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting overall store operations. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a positive shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
• Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities
• Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about features and benefits
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a clean shopping environment
• Assist with stocking, inventory management, and basic retail math to ensure accurate product counts
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, addressing issues, and assisting customers by answering their questions

Experience

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued
• Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
