Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit card payments, room charges, and foreign currency exchange for guests.
- Billing & Auditing: Verify, adjust, and settle guest folios (restaurant, laundry, room service) at check-out.
- Guest Service: Provide efficient service, handle billing inquiries professionally, and assist with guest satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict cash handling procedures, balance daily reports, and comply with hotel security policies.
- Systems Proficiency: Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera or similar, to manage guest accounts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a high-end hotel, luxury retail, or similar environment.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality, Management, or Accounting is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and proficiency with POS systems.
- Appearance/Attire: Grooming standards must meet 5-star hotel requirements.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with high-profile guests.
Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
