Overview
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team. Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately taking orders, handling cash and card transactions, preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and helps maintain a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Accurately take customer orders in person and over the phone
- Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
- Balance cash drawer and ensure transaction accuracy
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items as needed
- Package donuts and food items according to company standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and pricing
- Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
- Restock donuts, beverages, supplies, and packaging materials
- Monitor product freshness and presentation throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, lobby, dining area, and beverage station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude during shifts
