We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and fast paced cashier to join our front of house team.

This position is much more than just standing at a register. Our cashiers help create the overall guest experience and are one of the first and last impressions our customers have when visiting our restaurant.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a positive attitude
• Ringing up customers accurately and efficiently
• Answering questions about buffet options and pricing
• Handling cash and card transactions
• Assisting with phones and guest questions
• Helping maintain a clean and organized front area
• Working as part of a team during high volume rushes

Because we are a fast paced family owned restaurant, some cashiers may also be cross trained as bussers when needed. We do this because teamwork is extremely important in our restaurant. Everyone helps where needed to keep the restaurant flowing smoothly during busy shifts. Cross training also helps employees become stronger overall team members and creates more flexibility with scheduling and hours.

This is a glorified part time position and we want to be upfront about that so expectations are clear. This is not the right fit for someone looking to fully support themselves financially or pay full time bills solely from this position.

About Us:
Rivers Run is a high volume catfish and seafood buffet restaurant known for busy weekends, long lines, and a fast paced atmosphere. We work hard, move quickly, and rely heavily on teamwork to keep things running smoothly.

Schedule:
Part time. Primarily evenings and weekends. Weekend availability is required.

Pay:
Based on experience, reliability, and performance.
