We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Cashier to join our team in Ajman. If you have a positive attitude, strong cash-handling skills, and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in a retail store, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
• Willing and able to work in Ajman
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and payment processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
• Flexible and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Team-oriented with a professional appearance and conduct
• Basic English communication skills required (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts and complete customer transactions promptly
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service
