Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in a retail store, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
- Willing and able to work in Ajman
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and payment processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Honest, dependable, and trustworthy
- Flexible and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Team-oriented with a professional appearance and conduct
- Basic English communication skills required (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts and complete customer transactions promptly
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service
