Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process cash, credit card, debit card, and digital payment transactions.
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and store credits according to company policies.
• Answer customer questions and provide information about products, promotions, and store services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient checkout area.
• Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels near checkout areas and report shortages.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally or escalate when necessary.
• Follow company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Support overall store operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
