Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. This role is key to creating a positive customer experience while ensuring accuracy in all transactions. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and committed to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide attentive, courteous service at checkout.
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Key in sales with the correct SKU, customer address, and contact information.
  • Process and record credit applications with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Wrap and package accessories safely for customers.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them promptly and professionally to the appropriate associate or manager.
  • Assist sales associates as needed, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including vacuuming, spot-cleaning, and assisting with display setups.
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
  • Stay informed by reviewing company memos and updates.
  • Support other team members, participate in training, and assist with physical inventories.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned, always supporting a “team first” environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Dependable and professional in appearance and attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
