Promoters Needed - Bottle Shop Retail Activation (Dubai)

We are hiring professional and reliable staff to support an in-store retail activation with one of Dubai's well-known alcoholic beverage retailers. If you're customer-focused, quick in busy environments, and confident in handling retail operations, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the customer service flow at the entrance and counters.
• Manage queue lengths and ensure customers are served promptly.
• Direct customers to available counters and maintain order-no line-skipping.
• Provide support to elderly, women, and priority guests.
• Communicate waiting times politely and professionally.
• Ensure tensa barriers are properly placed and adjusted as needed.
• Monitor crowd levels and alert cashiers or managers if extra support is required.
• Keep the entrance and queuing area tidy, safe, and organized.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and elevate complaints when necessary.
• Assist during peak hours to achieve faster checkout coordination.
• Report unusual behavior or security concerns immediately.
• Operate and assist customers at the Self-Checkout Kiosks following MMI Finance SOPs.
• Guide customers through scanning, payment, and bagging processes.
• Process purchases accurately as per store compliance.
• Address system issues or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain checkout area cleanliness, organization, and supplies.
• Help restock shelves or support the floor team during non-busy hours.
• Collaborate closely with cashiers and service leads to ensure smooth store flow.
• Operate POS/cash register to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and payments.
• Handle cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately.
• Greet customers and deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Upsell products proactively to maximize sales.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure price accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Follow loss-prevention procedures and report any system or cash issues immediately.
• Assist with restocking and light store tasks when required.
• Provide support at self-checkout during peak times or breaks.

Requirements

• Valid UAE visa (labour card will be provided).
• If employed elsewhere, NOC is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working around alcohol.
• Must be reliable, well-presented, and customer-service oriented.
• Salary: AED 5,000 per month
• Shifts: 12 hours (exact schedule to be confirmed)
• Working Days: 6 days per week (day off assigned by store manager)
• Locations: Multiple stores across Dubai
