Cashier and Barista

Lunar Tea is now hiring for Team Members!

We are a local boba shop committed to serving high-quality drinks and delivering excellent customer service.

Looking for:

• Individuals who are energetic and friendly with a positive attitude
• Proactive team player
• Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in crafting drinks
• Food & Beverage experience is a plus, but not required. Hands-on training is provided.

Responsibilities include but are limited to:

• Able to listen and comprehensively take orders while operating a POS system
• Adhere to recipes for all drinks
• Able to work and communicate in a fast-paced environment
• Follow best food safety practices, be comfortable using a knife to prepare fruits
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)

Skills:

• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment
• Attentive, polite, and professional to customers
• Strong communication and is customer service oriented

Experience:

• Customer service (preferred)
• Food & beverage (preferred)
• Those with no experience can still apply

Education:

• High school or college (preferred)
