Cashier and Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, processing payments, answering questions, and providing assistance with product selection. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Lift 60 to 65lbs

Must be 18 years old
