Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, or electronic transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling various payment methods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in selling jewelry, electronics, or wireless products is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
