Cashier and Customer Service

We are seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate/Weekend Closer to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, alcohol, beer, etc. in a full service retail setting.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Responsible Wine Vendor Certification (Preferred)
