Cashier and Ice Cream Scooper

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly part time Ice Cream Scoopers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats. You will engage with customers, take orders, and ensure a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve ice cream, toppings, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including scooping stations and dining areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, but needed
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for ice cream and culinary creativity is a plus!
