Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Take customer orders at the counter or via POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with speed and precision.
• Serve food promptly to guests, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales while providing friendly recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist in food handling, preparation, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math, and order calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
