We are hiring Full-Time/Part-Time Cashier and Baristas to join the team at our Carrollton location. We are searching for experienced, outgoing Cashier and Baristas who will contribute to enhancing our community and help to foster an environment of hospitality, warmth, and fun for our customers and staff. Cashier & Barista

Location: Carrollton, TX
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Overview:
The Cashier & Barista plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience. This position requires attention to detail, consistency in beverage preparation, and a strong commitment to customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers courteously, accurately process orders using the POS system, and handle payments efficiently.
• Prepare fruit-ades, specialty drinks, and coffee following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Assemble and package orders with full accuracy by cross-checking items against the order, clearly labeling modifications
• Maintain sanitation by cleaning and sanitizing all tools, service areas, and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of all equipment and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and retail items.
• Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous cafe or customer service experience preferred.
• Experiences in Toast or other POS system preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible for employment in the U.S.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

· Must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate (or accredited equivalent) or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Regular use of hands and arms for operating machines and tools.
