Cashier - Billing

· Reconcile the cash register at the end of the shift.

· Help with other works of the department.

· Assist with changes in price for investigations and other paid services.

· Collect exact cash from patients/relatives for the billed amount.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Answer customer inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints.

Operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals

Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner

Maintain accurate cash drawer

Take a tally of the funds in the cash register when required during a shift and produce transaction reports

Keep the checkout area clean and orderly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,500.00 per month
