About the Role:

We are looking for a sincere, dedicated, and long-term candidate for the position of Cashier cum Accountant. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new things, handle responsibilities independently, and maintain accuracy in day-to-day accounting and cash handling.

There is no limit in salary if the person has the knowledge to compensate for that.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash & cheque transactions.
• Maintain cash book, daily receipts, and payments.
• Prepare customer receipts and verify payments.
• Ensure proper banking of daily cash.
• Reconciliation of cash at the end of the day.

Accountant Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records in Tally.
• Prepare vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal).
• Handle ledger entries & bookkeeping.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
• Support monthly closing, MIS reports, and audit requirements.
• Maintain vendor/customer accounts.

Required Skills & Knowledge:Technical Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, formatting).
• Understanding of accounting principles & reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST, billing, and documentation.

Soft Skills & Qualities:

• Sincere, trustworthy, and disciplined.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Fast learner and proactive.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Able to work responsibly with minimal supervision.

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years preferred
• Freshers with good knowledge may also apply.
