Cashier cum Call Center - Arabic

We are looking for Arabic Cashier cum Call Centre

Preferred Arabic Only ( Male & Female Both )

Duties & responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Efficiently take orders from customers over the phone, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured.
• Confirm order details with the customer to ensure accuracy before forwarding the order for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share information and resolve issues.
• Cash Handling
• Accurately take customer orders over the phone
• Communicate customer orders clearly to kitchen staff
• Double-check orders for accuracy before they are packed for delivery
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Process customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic payments
• Knowledge of Seafood is advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
