We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and highly customer-focused Cashier cum sales Assistant to join our team across our retail shop network. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, exceptional service skills, and a commitment to responsible alcohol sales practices.

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month (Fixed)

Cashier cum Retail Sales Assistant

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
• Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and additional services.
• Resolve customer complaints and address any issues effectively.
• Operate the POS system to scan items, process payments (cash, credit, mobile), and issue receipts.
• Manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate cash handling, balances, and deposits.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
• Assist with unpacking new deliveries and rotating stock.
