Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier Customer Service position, located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Cashier Customer Service team member will be responsible for assisting customers with their orders, handling payments, and ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience for all guests. Other tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide an outstanding dining experience
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and management
• Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
