What you’ll do

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and donuts.
• Operate Toast systems efficiently for smooth transactions.
• Manage cash handling with accuracy, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and donut shop, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless service.

Basic qualifications

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Great customer service

Preferred qualifications

• Previous barista experience or coffee experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including food safety practices.
• Experience in cashiering or sales within the food industry is a plus.
