Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure items are entered correctly into the system.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain a balanced cash register.
• Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions about the menu, promotions, and services. Provide helpful recommendations.
• Promotions and Upselling: Promote café specials, new items, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Coordinate with Staff: Work closely with kitchen and gaming staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Control: Assist in tracking stock levels for cashier-related items and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.

Requirements:

• Should have own visa that can be Transferred to the company.
• Previous Experience: Experience in cashier, customer service, or retail roles is preferred.
• Customer-Oriented: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in cash handling and order processing.
• Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy times.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash and provide change accurately.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with a team in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to excellent service.
