- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring that countertops, registers, and other service areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Assist with restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and other service items, ensuring that the food service area is prepared for peak periods.
- Provide support to food service staff during busy periods, helping to expedite orders and ensure timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
- Assist with end-of-day cash reconciliations, preparing reports on transactions and balancing the cash drawer accurately.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash register supplies, such as receipts and bags, notifying management of shortages.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
