Essential Functions:
- Possess a positive and professional appearance and attitude toward guests and fellow team members
- Possess a solid working knowledge of the food and beverage items
- Assist with food preparation and food service
- Assist all customers with purchases and other requests.
- Assist in attaining sales objectives
- Create a positive guest experience through proper and professional service
- Assist in opening/closing duties
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to company standards
- Stock and replenish inventory
- Other duties requested by management.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry a weight of 25lbs
- Must be able to work walking and or standing continuously for a period of 8 hours
- Team members may have to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Team member is consistently required use his or her hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision
- Team member must talk and hear
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Customer service skills required
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
