Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages, preparing and serving hot food items, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment

• As a Barista, you will help create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere while ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences

• Prepare and serve hot food items such as breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and café-style meals using proper equipment and cooking techniques

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations, equipment, utensils, and seating areas

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner

• Monitor inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, food items, and other café supplies as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and product quality

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during peak hours
