Cashier / Front of House + Social Media Content Creator

Job Summary

Eggbred is looking for energetic, friendly Cashiers / Front of House Team Members who are not only great with people—but also social media savvy. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests while also helping bring our brand to life online through fun, engaging content.

We’re looking for someone comfortable creating TikToks, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content, with a good eye for trends and basic editing skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love both customer service and content creation, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a positive, welcoming experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Assist with takeout, phone orders, and online orders
• Restock front-of-house supplies and support opening/closing duties

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Create fun, engaging TikTok and Instagram content featuring Eggbred
• Film short-form videos (food, team moments, behind-the-scenes, trends)
• Edit videos using mobile apps (CapCut, TikTok, etc.)
• Help schedule and post content consistently
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (restaurant experience a plus)
• Comfortable on camera and creative with content ideas
• Basic video editing and social media knowledge (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule

• Morning and weekend availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling available
