Cashier – Grocery Store Chain (Lahore)

Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing grocery store chain in Lahore with multiple branches and a strong team of dedicated staff. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for honest, responsible, and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team.

Position Details:

Position: Cashier
Location: Lahore (Multiple Branches)
Duty Hours: 12 Hours
Leaves: 3 per month

Salary Structure:

• Starting Salary: Rs. 28,000 per month
• After 3 Months: Rs. 33,000 per month
• Additional Increase: Rs. 4,000 after next review
• Maximum Fixed Salary: Rs. 37,000 per month

Incentives:

• Target-Based Incentive: Up to Rs. 15,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain daily cash reports and reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service at the checkout counter.
• Follow company SOPs for billing and cash handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year cashier experience preferred
• Education: Intermediate or above
• Basic computer / POS knowledge
• Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented
