Cashier, Host, Cook

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic team members to join our restaurant crew as Cashiers, Cooks, and Hosts at our locations in Fort Mohave and Topock.

Whether you’re greeting guests, preparing food, or running the register, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every customer. These positions are ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great food and outstanding hospitality. Your positive attitude and teamwork will help set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Positions Available

Host

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive
  • Manage waitlists and seating to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and answer initial questions
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during busy periods
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station
  • Assist with table management and overall dining room flow

Cashier

  • Accurately take orders and process payments
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or drive-thru
  • Answer questions about menu items and specials
  • Maintain a clean, organized register area
  • Support front-of-house operations as needed

Cook

  • Prepare menu items according to company standards
  • Handle food safely while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assist with prep work, cooking, and plating
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely orders
  • Keep kitchen stations stocked, clean, and organized

Responsibilities (All Roles)

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Follow food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
  • Communicate clearly with coworkers to keep operations running smoothly
  • Assist across departments during high-volume periods
  • Help create a fun, welcoming environment for both guests and teammates

Experience

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred (but willing to train the right people!)
  • Background in cooking, food prep, cashiering, or hosting is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and proper handling practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable, energetic, and ready to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.15 - $19.00 per hour
