Cashier Host/Hostess

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. *Must be 21 or older to apply.*

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a clean, modern setting. We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, friendly, reliable and punctual. Knowledge of skill games is a plus! $9.00/hr to start. Being in the hospitality industry, there is possibility of making tips during your shift as well.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Become familiar with monthly promotions and events, and offer the daily drawing to each customer

-Offer snacks and beverages to guests, and lightly restock when needed
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness including machines/screens, floors, countertops and restroom(s)
- Communicate effectively with guests, management and staff
- Utilize ticket system and POS, or similar systems for payment processing

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of skill games a plus!
- Ability to handle tasks and situations professionally
- Understanding of guest relations and hospitality industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
