Role Overview

We are seeking friendly and reliable Cashiers to handle customer billing operations efficiently and accurately while ensuring excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate POS systems and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Ensure accurate billing, item scanning, and receipt issuance.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies after each shift.
• Assist customers professionally and handle basic queries.
• Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the cash counter.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work shifts and peak retail hours.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Hypermarket or supermarket experience is an advantage.
