Sunny Blue is looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to join our crew. Team members will rotate through responsibilities including cashiering, food prep, food service, and training to become an omusubi maker. We are seeking people who take pride in serving great food to great people, and who bring positive energy to every shift.

We are hiring for our Culver City and Santa Monica stores. Please Answer the Following to better get to know you:

• Are you a high school graduate or above? (We are only hiring high school graduates at this time.)
• Which location are you applying: Culver City or Santa Monica?
• Have you visited Sunny Blue before?
• Do you prefer part-time or full-time? (We are currently hiring for both.)
• Do you have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts?
• What area do you currently live in?
• This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Are you able to meet these physical requirements?
• Are you authorized to work in the United States?
• What is your current availability? Will you be working another job or attending school?
• Do you anticipate any significant availability changes in the near future (moving, returning to school, etc.)?
• Do you have any upcoming time off planned that exceeds three consecutive days?
• Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and learning quickly under pressure?
• How would you describe your customer service and communication skills?

Additional Information

• Food industry experience is a plus but not required. We provide training.

• Starting rate: $17.87/hour (minimum wage) + Additional cash tips each shift.

We prioritize sourcing ingredients from local farmers to support our community.
