Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in handling transactions, maintaining accuracy, and delivering excellent service in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash transactions, receipt processing, and customer payments.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Handle cash, card, and online payments securely and efficiently.
  • Reconcile daily cash balances and prepare cash summaries for management.
  • Assist in managing petty cash and support finance staff during audits.
  • Maintain organized records of all financial interactions and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for payment-related queries and provide clear assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Support administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or relevant certification; accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance-related role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting or POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
