Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and payment processes using Minijiang POS system.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information, reservations, or directing inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, ensuring all records are correctly maintained.
• Provide friendly guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering helpful information about services or amenities.
• Support the front desk team by coordinating guest requests and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and phone area to promote a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly desirable, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse guests and team members.
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
