Tarrytown Pharmacy is seeking a part time Sales Associate to work 10-12 hours per week, evening and weekend hours. Holiday hours are required. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day but need availability all other days.
Tarrytown Pharmacy opened on December 6, 1941, and has served the Austin community with pride for nearly 84 years. Our small-business culture prioritizes customer care and employee appreciation. Details:
- Part time position - evenings, weekends, holidays
- Run Point of Sale system and assist customers on the floor
- Answer multi-line phone system and prioritize customer needs
- Clean store daily including restrooms, floors, kitchen, and trash
- Open and Close till/register under supervision of the Cashier Manager
- Work well with peers and take direction from Keyholder and Managers
-Positive Attitude, strong work ethic, and Respect of Supervisors and Colleagues is a must.
- Must be reliable and communicative.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and customer service
- Minimum 1 year cash handling and point of sale experience
- Ability to learn and manage technology
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time and lift 20 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- Punctual and dependable
- Respectful of Authority, Reliable, personable, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Two professional references required
