Cashier (Samsung & Mi Stores)

We are actively seeking reliable and experienced Cashiers to join our dedicated team. You will be the face of our retail operations at our exclusive Samsung and Mi (Xiaomi) mobile stores located across Sialkot. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of delivering excellent customer service while managing daily store transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all point-of-sale (POS) transactions quickly and accurately.
• Process customer payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and appropriate change to customers.
• Maintain a highly accurate cash drawer and thoroughly balance the register at the close of each shift.
• Prepare daily sales, cash, and transaction reports for store management.
• Resolve any customer complaints or pricing discrepancies professionally.
• Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and adequately stocked.
• Greet customers warmly to ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) is highly preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail sales role.
• Strong working knowledge of cash registers, scanners, and POS software systems.
• Excellent foundational math skills with a strong attention to detail.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability in handling daily finances.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to be appointed to different store branches within Sialkot based on operational needs.
