Position Summary

The Cashier contributes to the overall success of the store by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, energetic, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.

Position Requirements

• Must consent to a criminal background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong cash-handling and customer service skills preferred
• Professional, clean, and friendly presentation

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude

Accurately process sales transactions following company policies and cash-handling procedures

Assist customers with fuel purchases, lottery transactions, returns, and other complex tasks

Stay informed about promotions and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, coolers, restrooms, and exterior areas in all weather conditions.

Perform routine operational tasks: restocking, bagging ice, emptying trash, organizing displays, and assisting customers during slower periods

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers

Support store operations and assist team members as needed

Ability to stand for long periods in a confined workspace
