Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience
• Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
