Requirements:

Key Responsibilities – Cashier / Servicio al Cliente:

  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly checkout experience.
  • Process purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods properly.
  • Bag customer items carefully and follow company procedures.
  • Answer customer questions and provide helpful assistance.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Support the front-end team to maintain a smooth customer flow.
  • Communicate with supervisors when assistance or approval is needed.
  • Follow company standards for cash handling, safety, cleanliness, and customer service.


Qualifications – Cashier / Servicio al Cliente:

  • Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. when needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
