Job Description:

We are looking for a trustworthy, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions and sales operations at our Tuck Shop located at Total Petrol Pump. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good customer service etiquette, and the ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining company standards.

The role requires an energetic and responsible individual who ensures smooth day-to-day operations, accurate record keeping, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer billing and payments efficiently and accurately.

· Manage daily cash transactions, receipts, and change.

· Record and maintain daily sales reports and balance cash at closing.

· Provide courteous and professional customer service at the counter.

· Coordinate with stock and data entry staff for smooth shop operations.

· Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

· Report any discrepancies or cash shortages immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

· Minimum Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a cashier (preferably in a retail or fuel station tuck shop).

· Strong numeracy and data entry skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and POS systems (if applicable).

· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

· Honest, reliable, and disciplined personality.

· Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
