What You’ll Do:
As a Barista / Cashier, you are the face of THB. You’ll create meaningful, energizing guest interactions while helping us keep things moving smoothly behind the counter. Whether it’s recommending your favorite bagel, running hot food to tables, making specialty drinks, or helping guests use our kiosks—you make the THB experience memorable.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Greeting every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
Helping guests navigate ordering at the counter, kiosk, or delivery
Processing payments quickly and accurately—cash, cards, promos, or coupons
Sharing promotions and recommending awesome menu items
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for action
Making specialty drinks and helping with food running or packaging
Jumping in to help wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work
Creating a memorable, personal experience for every guest, every time

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Proven work ethic, punctual
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
Good communication skills
Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills are a plus

Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment with access to kitchen equipment in tight quarters

Physical Activity:
Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Bending and lifting (up to 25 lbs) are also required.
