Cashier/Barista Assistant

Bobapop Tea Bar is looking for milk tea and bubble tea enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, intrinsic details and customer service. Our mission is to change the status quo about boba and tea. We do this through our thoughtfully crafted menu, seasonal drinks, merchandise and next-level customer service. Come join us!

YOU WILL

- Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your coworkers

- Assist store managers on ensuring work flows are efficient and done accurately

- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.

- Share your new knowledge of tea base with our guests and get them excited about the Bobapop menu

- Be authentic, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations

- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

- Work opening/closing store duties such as cleaning the kitchen, mopping, and taking out trash (We aim for minimal waste and eco-friendly processes!)

YOU ARE

- Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond

- Experienced in food and beverage or fast paced retail environments

- Willing to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our guests and the team

- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

- Comfortable working both as a team and independently.
