Cashier/Barista (Full time)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, proactive, eager-to-learn, and customer-oriented person to join our team! It is a plus to have some experience as a cashier or barista, but not required. We prefer that you have your own mode of transportation to get to/from work.

As one of our employees, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing sales transactions, and making beverages accurately and efficiently. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service, we would love to hear from you.

Hours needed for Full Time (beginning ASAP):

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5 AM to 1 PM (closed Tuesday)

Sunday 5 AM to 1 PM

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Opening and Closing Tasks
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in operating cash registers or point-of-sale systems (Clover is a bonus)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to make espresso drinks is highly preferred
